History

Built by Tony Longhurst in 1998 and first raced by Alan Jones at Bathurst then sold to Scotcher Motorsport in SA and raced in Konica Series

Engine

Stone Bros Racing developed 5.0 litre V8 Ford with SVO cylinder iron block and aluminium heads. Roller camshaft & rockers. Custom Exhaust with Autronic Engine management.

Power (est.)

600 + HP & 430 ft lbs torque. Rev limited to 7500 rpm with 10:1 compression ratio

Gearbox

6-speed Holinger gearbox - Australian made!

Differential

Ford 9 inch crown wheel & pinion. Ratios are 3.7 , 3.5 & 3.25

Front Suspension

Double wishbone with Penske 3 way adjustable damper & adjustable front anti roll bar.

Rear Suspension

4 link rear suspension with adjustable watts linkage, with coil over adjustable shocks with anti roll bar.

Front Brakes

Brembo monobloc 6 piston calipers on 365 mm vented racing disc rotors.

Rear Brakes

Harrop 4 piston calipers with 330mm racing disc rotors

Wheels

17 inch / 11inch speedline magnesium wheels.

120 litre fuel bladder with scavage tanks.
